Abi's artwork explores a surreal comedic reality with meticulously picked colors and shapes.  Moving away from realistic portraiture after college, Abi started painting with the goal of using tight, clever color palletes and comical animal depictions. Soon after adopting this new style, she discovered punch-needling and was instantly addicted. Each rug is hand-tufted using a needle to create loops one-by-one and can contain over 12,000 loops per rug!
